Shipping Policy

You can choose to use our company's delivery service or self-pick up.

 

All orders are free of transportation fees in the following locations: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and the following outlying islands:

Lantau area (Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Chek Lap Kok / Hong Kong Disney / Mui Wo / Pui O / Cheung Sha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O), Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island); a transportation fee of $50 will be charged for remote areas [Lantau area (Tung Chung/Discovery Bay/Chek Lap Kok/Hong Kong Disney/Mui Wo/Pui O/Changsha/Tong Fuk/Shek Pik/Ngong Ping/Tai O), Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island].

 

1. Self-pickup (5-7 working days)

 

You can also choose to pick up the goods accordingly. We will notify customers about the pick-up time within 5-7 working days after receiving the order. The online sales invoice (note: not "order confirmation notice") is required to pick up the goods in person during office hours. Guests can pick up the products at the locations stated below(please submit the delivery method during online checkout)

 

If your product is not being collected after 5 working days, our customer service representatives will send you an email. Please contact our customer service staff as soon as possible.

2. Delivery service (7-14 working days)

 

Delivery time

 

All local orders are free of transportation fees; door-to-door service applies to commercial and residential areas in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories.

 

  1. For other areas, freight charges will be paid by the buyer upon the product's arrival.

  2. An additional transportation fee of $50 will be applied in remote areas [Lantau Island (Tung Chung / Discovery Bay / Chek Lap Kok / Hong Kong Disney / Mui Wo / Pui O / Changsha / Tong Fuk / Shek Pik / Ngong Ping / Tai O), Ma Wan].

  3. Buildings or houses without elevators are subject to an additional surcharge of HK$50 per floor.

  4. Delivery does not include outlying islands and restricted areas. The delivery address must allow parking.

  5. The delivery service is arranged from Monday to Saturday. Delivery service is not provided on Sundays.

  6. Service time will vary from region to region, and delivery date and time cannot be specified.

  7. If typhoon signal No. 8 or above or a black rainstorm warning is issued, the delivery service on the day of and on the following day may be delayed or canceled, the customer will be contacted for another arrangement.

  8. If the goods are delivered on the agreed delivery date and time, but the customer fails to receive the goods, the company will arrange for another delivery and charge the customer an additional delivery fee.

  9. Our transport staff will collect all additional fees, administrative fees, and storage fees at the time of delivery, and the customer must pay in cash.

  10. The order will be delivered to the customer in Hong Kong (non-remote areas) within 7 working days from shipment.

 

Due to the impact of the Lunar New Year's logistics, orders within three weeks before and after the Lunar New Year will be shipped within 7 days. We will do our best to increase our delivery speed. For areas where a permit is required, door-to-door delivery is not available. Our company will try to arrange other feasible delivery methods to relevant customers.

Notice for Signing

 

  1. When placing an order, please provide the recipient's address and contact phone number, and the ID card must be checked when signing.

  2. When you receive the goods, please inspect the products on the spot, check whether the outer packaging is intact, the consistency of goods with the order, and confirm the pricing in the receipt. Before signing on the receipt, the customer cannot open the packaging box for inspection. The courier will leave after the customer signs on the receipt. We are unable to wait until the machine starts-up.

  3. If the recipient is unable to sign on the receipt, he can entrust others to sign for it, and strictly follow the second item on "Notice for Signing".

  4. After signing on the receipt, if problems concerning the quality of the product have been detected, please contact the customer service center immediately.

  5. From now on, orders that cannot be delivered due to insufficient information will be retained for 5 days. We will notify users by email. Please reply to the email in the mailbox or contact our customer service representatives. We will arrange for cancellation of order and refund for customers that fail to provide a reply within 5 working days, handling fees will be deducted prior to the refund.

Refund Policy

The following item replacement procedures are only applicable to items sold online, and items purchased at retail stores must follow the corresponding replacement and warranty procedures.

 

Under normal circumstances:

 

If any problems or failures of machines are detected (and confirmed by the company's technicians) within 7 working days from the time the user signs for the goods, the user can choose to replace the same model or receive maintenance services. The company is not responsible for the shipping cost during replacement. If products of same model are out of stock, you can choose to change to other products of the same price.

 

 

Warranty terms and conditions

 

The following item replacement procedures are only applicable to items sold online, and items purchased at any retailer must follow the retailer's product replacement procedures.

 

RHT Industries Limited will provide customers from Hong Kong with free maintenance and warranty services within 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty is subject to the following terms:

 

  1. The user must present the original purchase invoice (or other proof of purchase) for the free maintenance; otherwise, the company reserves the right to provide any maintenance warranty service.

  2. This warranty is only valid for the product under normal conditions of use.

  3. Under reasonable circumstances, the company can choose to repair or replace parts or damaged parts.

  4. The filter element is not included in the product warranty service.

  5. During the period covered by warranty, the user is responsible for shipping the product to our company's maintenance center for repair. The user is responsible for all shipping costs.

  6. In the following cases, the user's warranty will be automatically invalidated:

    1. Any non-approved deletions in the purchase invoice

    2. The product is modified or installed with any accessories by a third party not approved by the company

    3. The fuselage number has been altered, destroyed or deleted without authorization

    4. The product is resold or transferred to others

  7. The warranty does not include:

    1. All transportation costs

    2. Non-random accessories or any auxiliary devices (such as light bulbs, plastic or consumable parts, etc.) (Note 1)

    3. Human-caused damages (such as improper power supply, installation not approved by the company, operation not following the instructions, negligent use, etc.)

    4. Any damage caused by natural disasters or human-made accidents (including shipping and others)

      1. If you have any direct or indirect losses due to product failure, the company will not be liable for any compensation.

      2. This guarantee applies to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

      3. If any terms are changed, the company will not make separate notice.

      4. RHT Industries Limited reserves the right of final decision on all disputes.

 

Note 1: For the definition and scope of accessories of individual products, please refer to the product's warranty instructions.

 

Item replacement procedure

 

The following item replacement procedures are only applicable to items sold online, and items purchased at any retailer must follow the retailer's product replacement and warranty procedures.

 

1. Email replacement request

You must send a request for replacement of the goods by email within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and send the replacement request to info@ncco.hk. Please indicate your name, contact number, email address, shipping address (e.g., sent back by courier), invoice/online invoice number, product model, and reason for replacement. Please attach a photo to illustrate if required. (Note: The replacement requirements must meet all the conditions listed in the product return policy)

 

2. Obtain "Replacement Reference Number"

After our company received your replacement request, our staff will reply to you as soon as possible and give you a "replacement reference number."

 

3. Return the replacement product to our company

Return the product to our company within 5 working days after receiving the "Replacement Reference Number".

 

You can choose to:

(a) Take in the products in person

Guests must present the invoice/ online invoice with the "Replacement Reference Number," and bring the products to: 2B Goodwill Ind Bldg, 36-44 Pak Tin Par St, Tsuen Wan NT, Hong Kong during office hours

(b) Send the products back to our company by courier

If you send it by courier, please clearly indicate the "Replacement Reference Number". Please note that our company does not accept mail with freight collect.

Note: The product must be returned to our company with complete packaging materials (including outer box, styrofoam, supporting paper, plastic bag, etc.). – The company will arrange the replacement after the product is officially received. The filter element of the product will be returned in its original form and will not be replaced. Customers can choose whether to return the filter element by themselves. – The company reserves the right to make the final decision on a replacement.

 

Warranty

 

The following item replacement procedures are only applicable to items sold online, and items purchased at any retailer must follow the retailer's product replacement and warranty procedures.

  1. All goods purchased on this website are subject to the Hong Kong warranty terms.

  2. The warranty period is 12 months.

  3. Goods maintenance and freight arrangement:

 

Local orders

Within 7 days of purchase: The customer will return the goods in person or be responsible for the freight costs, and the company will replace it immediately or repair it free of charge.

Warranty period (7 days after purchase): The customer will return the goods in person and be responsible for the freight costs. The company will provide a check-up and repairment free of charge. (The warranty terms are listed in the product warranty terms)

 

After the warranty period: the customer is responsible for the freight and inspection costs (HKD$300).
